I am delighted to share my passion and knowledge with my exclusive chocolate making workshops. These are fun, team-building activities- perfect for corporate events, Birthday parties, at schools (curriculum friendly!), and make great activities for staff members or at private parties.
My journey to becoming a chocolatière has taken me around the world. I was head chocolatière at Gilles Desplanches in Geneva, Switzerland and also The Chocolate Society in Mayfair, London. I was delighted to help Willie of Willies cacao to develop his first chocolate bars whilst at his Venezeulan plantation. My chocolate creations have graced the more glamorous shops and confectioners of London and the UK.
